Installed within 1–5 days

As part of our ethos to ‘make it easy’ for our customers, we ensure that the installation of your garden office is as minimally intrusive on your life as possible.

We construct the panels of your garden office in our Buckinghamshire factory and then assemble the panels at your site, a highly efficient system that allows us to be extra efficient with the time needed in your garden.

Throughout your garden office project you will be assigned a dedicated customer care representative, someone who will help organise and co-ordinate your garden room build.

From helping make decisions on your options up to final sign off, your customer care presentative will be your one point of contact, making the process seamless and hassle-free.

Premium low-e Pilkington K double glazing is fitted as standard to all glazed elements of your garden office. Included in the cost of your garden office is an oil-filled radiator, keeping you comfortable in the colder winter months.

Upgrades for integrated air-conditioning units and alternative integrated heating systems are available to further tailor your space to meet your needs.

Planning permission rarely required

We design and construct your garden office to avoid the need for planning permission. Depending on the area that you live in and local council rules, you can generally have a garden office built on your property completely hassle free.

As standard your garden building from The Garden Office is 100% maintenance free.

The materials used as standard to construct your garden office have been tried and tested for a 30-year maintenance-free life; backed up with a 10-year guarantee.

We use a mixture of natural and composite materials in the construction of your garden office. All natural materials are of the highest quality, slow grown and pressure treated for superior strength and resistance to decay; with only a maturation of colour to be expected. Colour maturation is natural and beautiful, however if your preference is the maintain the colour of your natural materials you can do so with products such as Osmo Oil.

Fits close to any solid obstacle

Depending on the size of your garden office, our construction methods allow us to build as close as 400mm to any solid obstacle, such as a wall or fence. For garden office buildings that are 15m² or less, we can build as close as 400mm. For a garden office building that is over 15m² we can build as close as 1m to a boundary.
